My credentials

  • First-class masters degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute in Dublin, accredited by University College Cork. 

  • I am also a registered mental health nurse with a background in working with older adults, and people living with a history of trauma. ​​​​

  • I was awarded the 2023 Research Excellence Award from the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

  • Certified Associate of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
